Remarkably and happily, we all have the same singular philosophical viewpoint about business and the same energetic belief about the ability of technology to propel business success.

Wincere’s most defining characteristic is that we are intensely people oriented, owing in large part to our origins in public sector healthcare consulting and life sciences, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. Hospitals, healthcare facilities, medical research, drug discovery, and biosciences were specialty areas of principal focus for us beginning in 2005.

Since healthcare and biosciences are both health organizations and businesses, we soon found our business and IT consulting skills expanding into our clients’ management and business operations.

By 2007, in the company of a growing contingent of partners and colleagues, Wincere began expanding its management consulting and IT consulting services across an ever-expanding set of industries. To healthcare and life sciences, we soon added financial services, high-tech, manufacturing, energy, hospitality, and consumer products as well as logistics and distribution.

With a proven track record of services to an ever-growing and varied client base, we formalized operations under the Wincere banner in 2008, becoming, at last, what we are now: A full-service provider of strategic and operations consulting, IT expertise and technology solutions, outsourcing, and software development services across multiple, vertical industries. And thanks to you, our loyal clients, we’re still growing.
